Usage Instructions – Al-Drees Offers Two Options:
First: If You Choose the Smart Card:
1. Create a new account or log in to your existing Al-Drees account.
2. Go to the "Account" section.
3. Navigate to the "Partners" section, select Resal, enter the received code, and click Confirm.
4. The balance will be immediately credited to your account on the homepage.
5. Go to the "Service Requests" section and choose the Smart Card service.
6. After confirming the request, the card must be collected only from Al-Drees offices (not fuel stations).

Second: If You Choose the Electronic Tag (eTag):
1. The balance will be credited to your account directly after entering the code via the Al-Drees app or website.
2. Create a new account or log in to your existing Al-Drees account.
3. Go to the "Account" section.
4. Navigate to the "Partners" section, select Daleelstore, enter the received code, and click Confirm.
5. The balance will be immediately credited to your account on the homepage.
6. Go to the "Service Requests" section, select the Electronic Tag service, fill in your vehicle information (plate number), and select the fuel type (91, 95, or Diesel).
7. After confirming the request, visit one of the installation centers listed on the Waie website or call the unified number to schedule an installation appointment.

Terms and Conditions:
Smart Card:
1. The Smart Card is considered the property and responsibility of the customer.
2. Recharge codes cannot be replaced or refunded after being received from the partner.
3. Amounts credited via partner redemption points are non-refundable.
4. The customer is solely responsible for any misuse or if the card is stolen.
5. In the event of fuel price changes by official authorities, prices will be adjusted automatically by the same rate.
6. The customer’s signature on the agreement and use of the Waie system implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
