How to redeem: 1. Open the email containing your MUSE Gift Card. 2. Visit any participating MUSE brand in-store or online. 3. In-store: Present your gift card barcode or card number at the counter. 4. Online: Enter your gift card number at checkout and select “Gift Card” as the payment method. 5. Complete your purchase and enjoy shopping and collecting points with MUSE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: • Gift Cards are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR). • Gift Cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, after which they expire automatically. No extensions to the expiry date will be granted under any circumstances. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or extended. • Gift Cards are not credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, cheque guarantee, or charge card. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. • Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards, to pay for cash-on-delivery orders, or to acquire products or services excluded at MUSE’s sole discretion. Gift Card balances cannot be transferred, merged, or consolidated with other Gift Cards. Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. • Gift Cards may only be redeemed at physical and online retail channels of participating MUSE brands located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, • When making a purchase, the transaction amount will be deducted from the available Gift Card balance. If the purchase amount is less than the card value, the remaining balance will be retained and may be used in future transactions. If the purchase exceeds the available balance, the user must pay the difference using another accepted payment method. • Card holders may check remaining Gift Card balance at Giftcards.Experience-MUSE.com MUSE or by contacting MUSE Customer Care at 8001111349. • Refunds or exchanges for items purchased in-store using a MUSE Gift Card will follow the standard refund and exchange policy for each Participating Muse Brands. • Where a Gift Card was used for the original purchase and a refund is approved, MUSE may issue a new gift card, marked as a “return card”, for the value of the returned item. This return card will carry the same usage rules and expiry date as the original MUSE Gift Card, unless stated otherwise. The return card will be sent to the registered email address. • MUSE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Additionally, MUSE may suspend or restrict the use of Gift Cards, or make changes to the Gift Card program, including its features and availability. MUSE also reserves the right to refuse issuance or redemption of a Gift Card if there is a justified reason to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud or unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, use of expired or invalid Gift Cards, technical or operational errors, regulatory or legal restrictions, or misuse of promotions or loyalty programs. • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • These Terms are available in both English and Arabic. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
