Terms and Conditions:
1. The voucher is valid from 1/1/2026 until 31/12/2026 (Saudi Arabia Time). Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
2. Download the Keeta app (iOS or Android), then register and log in to your account.
- Tap on “Account” at the bottom of the page.
- Tap on “Vouchers” to view the available voucher.
3. The voucher can be used in conjunction with other offers currently available on the Keeta app (such as restaurant or merchant promotions), except for other voucher-based promotions. Only one voucher can be used per order.
4. The offer is valid for Keeta delivery service only and does not apply to in-store pickup or Keemart (grocery) orders.
5. The voucher is non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other compensation. The voucher must be used in full in a single eligible order.
6. Keeta’s general terms and conditions and payment policies apply, as available on the app and/or website. Keeta reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts found violating these terms.
7. Keeta reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these offer terms and conditions at any time, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon publication on the app and/or website.
8. Any disputes or issues must be reported within 7 days of the order date via in-app chat or by emailing support@keeta.com. Keeta’s decision on all disputes is final.
