Terms & Condition
· H&M Digital Gift Card is governed by Alshaya Group
· Digital card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
· Digital card once issued cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended, or refunded.
· Digital card is valid for 6 months from the date of top up to Resal
· Digital card is redeemable only in stores across Alshaya, participating brands listed wherein.
· Only one Digital card can be redeemed in a single invoice.
· Digital card can be partially redeemable. If an item is purchased using the Alshaya Digital card, the remaining balance and validity date will be presented on the receipt. This information can be provided by the Alshaya Customer Service Department 800-4414440, or by simply presenting the Digital card to the store cashier.
· Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
· Should the purchase amount exceed the balance of the Digital card, the remaining due amount should be paid by the customer who redeems the Digital card.
· No replacement, compensation, is permissible or payable for lost Digital card.
· Mutilated or defaced Digital card will not be honoured at till point.
· Alshaya is not liable for unauthorized use of a Digital gift card, including situations where the card is forged or hacked.
· Alshaya may investigate suspected fraudulent activity on a case-by-case basis
· To successfully redeem the Digital cards, please scan the card on a white or light background.
· Merchandize items purchased using the Alshaya Digital card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of Alshaya. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers using the Alshaya Digital card.
