How to Use: Option 1: Buying a Category Card from the App 1. Select the card value. 2. Add it to the cart. 3. Complete the payment. 4. After purchase, go to your Wallet > My Cards. 5. Select the card, then click Redeem. 6. Choose the partner card you want to purchase using the balance. 7. Complete the redemption process. 8. The card code will appear — you can use it directly with the partner. Option 2: If You Already Have a Category Card Code (Whether the card was gifted to you, shared with you, or purchased) 1. Go to your Wallet. 2. Click Redeem Card. 3. Paste the card code and activate it. 4. Once activated, the card will appear under My Cards, and you can redeem it as shown above. How to Gift the Card: 1. After payment, you’ll find the card under Wallet > My Cards. 2. Select the card. 3. Click (Send as gift) at the top of the screen. 4. Enter the recipient’s details. 5. The card will be delivered via SMS or email. ⚠️ Important: • Make sure to use the full balance, as any remaining amount cannot be refunded. • Ensure the partner card stock is available before making a purchase.
